Westminster Synagogue, a dynamic independent, progressive synagogue in Knightsbridge, London is seeking a competent person to serve as an Office Administrator to perform a wide range of routine administrative tasks and to offer support across all departments.
Areas that you will assist in include the events department, commercial venue hire, education, social media and meetings & hospitality, whilst still having overall oversight of the administration of the office.

The right candidate will have strong customer service experience, be capable of working on multiple tasks at a fast pace, have excellent computer skills and have outstanding communication skills in the English language.
The salary is £19,000-£21,000 depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent position based in Knightsbridge. Hours are 9:00-5.30pm, and there will be a requirement for flexibility to work on some evening and weekends.
