Team Leaders: National Citizen Service - JLGB

JLGB are looking for Team Leaders to lead teams of 16 and 17 year-olds over the three weeks of their NCS programme. This role is suitable for a dynamic and confident person with experience of leading groups of young people, who is able to motivate them and earn their respect.

The programme lasts three weeks and includes outdoor activities, skills development and community service. Team Leaders will take part in the full three weeks from 5 – 23 August, plus essential training days and the graduation ceremony.

All Team Leaders receive four days of training to deliver our NCS programme.

A graduation ceremony for all participants will take place after the conclusion of the programme. Team Leaders attendance is essential. Date TBC.
